Das heißt, dass bereits Nachhaltigkeit eine große Rolle für Investitionen spielt. Der Begriff "ESG" bedeutet Environmental, Social und Governance - Ethisch, ökologisch, sozial. Nun an diesem Beispiel sieht man schon, dass es auch ohne ein Einmischen der Politik Veränderungen geben kann; es braucht nicht immer Vorgaben oder Verbote. Die Entwicklung dieser Strategie strahlt mittlerweile Modernität aus. Außerdem, eine effektive ESG-Strategie kann Portfoliorisiken reduzieren, ein höheres Mietwachstum sichern und Leerstände reduzieren.
